The Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s National Honor Society. Founded in 1915, the OA has recognized Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives for over a century. Today, the service, activities, adventures, and training provided by the OA are models of quality leadership development and programming that enrich, support, and help extend Scouting to America’s youth.

Upcoming Events

The first in-person Council of Chiefs Meeting will be on Sunday November 10th at Camp Woodland. We will start at 9:30am and go till 4:00 pm.

The Section E15 Conclave will be at Camp Woodland hosted by Lowanne Nimat Lodge. Registration for the Conclave will be opened in January 2025.

Who: Lodge and Section Key 3 (chief or youth designee, adviser, staff adviser or professional scouter)

What: The National Council of Chiefs will serve as a gathering for our local leadership as we rebuild and restructure our organization. The event will feature training, activities, gatherings and more to plan the future of our Order.

Where: The Philmont Training Center, Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron, New Mexico

When: TBA

Why: The time to act is now. At the NCOC, the leaders of our movement at every level will gather as we make important, big picture decisions for our organization.
